Jade is a renowned entrepreneur and one of the youngest black female McDonald’s franchise owners. She believes that change takes place when people realize their potential. To this end, she has empowered over 300 persons in her community through jobs and career development programs. She regularly collaborates with local schools and provides support for the Ronald McDonald House of Charities, The Woodmere Civic Association, The Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Louisiana, to name a few.
